from Real Simple (24 minutes)
1/2 box (8 ounces) mezzi rigatoni
1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts, quartered
1 9 oz package frozen creamed spinach
1/4 c. grated parmesan
2 c. shredded mozzerella
black pepper
instructions
cook pasta according to box, drain, return to pot
add artichoke hearts, spinach, parmesan, half of the mozzerella and 1/4 t. pepper and toss to combine
transfer mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining mozzerella
broil until cheese is browned-- 2-3 minutes
