Make ahead mashed potatoes, perfect for Thanksgiving! Not an every day food with all that cream and butter, but perfect for Thanksgiving or celebrations!

Ingredients
5 lb russet potatoes (peeled, cubed)
2 sticks butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. half and half
salt
pepper
Directions
(Make ahead!)
1. Boil potatoes until fork tender
2. Mash all ingredients in a baking dish and refrigerate.
3. Dot with butter
4. Bake 350 F for 30-40 minutes
