okonomiyaki

1 1/4 c. water
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 T. dried minced onion (or 4 T chopped green onion)
6 c. chopped cabbage (I use a coleslaw-mix bag.)

Mix ingredients well in large bowl.
On a greased griddle, cook like pancakes.
serve with white rice and okonomiyaki sauce
Top with okonomiyaki sauce (very important!!) and serve with white Nishiki rice
