apple crisp

4 c. thinly sliced apples
1 T. lemon juice

1/3 c. flour
1 c. oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/3 c. melted butter

Place apples in greased shallow baking dish.  Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon (and brown sugar!) Combine dry ingredients.  Add melted butter.  Sprinkle crumbs over apples.
Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
(to make a 9x13 pan, you'll need to double this recipe.)
