Rinse sweet potatoes
Place in crock pot, still wet
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours
They will be creamy and moist. They keep well in the fridge.
Reheat for a great breakfast alternative to oatmeal:
sweet potato topped with peanut butter, banana, chia seeds and sprinkled with cinnamon
Serve topped with:
chicken, mushroom, sage
taco meat, cheese, olives, avocado
gruyere
