pizza dough for grilling

A high olive oil content dough for making pizza on the grill

1 2/3 c. water
2 t. yeast
1/4 c. olive oil
2 t. salt
5 c. flour

1. knead dough (5 minutes)
2. divide into 4 balls
3. oil and let rise 1-2 hours, covered
4. roll into circle
5. put on grill, flip and top.
