sautee in coconut oil:
2 leeks, thinly sliced
3 carrots, sliced
4 celery stalks, sliced
4 oz mushrooms
combine in crockpot with:
8 c. chicken broth
3 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. butternut squash, cubed (use frozen. It's easier)
2 c. spinach
1 t. turmeric
1 t. salt
1/2 t. ginger (ground)
2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. pepper
Add all ingredients and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
