Dutch babies

Recipe from original Sunset magazine recipe, also Molly Wizenburg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla

1. Blend ingredients. Let rest while preheating oven.
2. Preheat oven to 425 F with cast iron skillet (or glass pie pan, or glass 9x13 if doubling recipe)
3. Put 2 T. butter in hot skillet. Pour batter into skillet.
4. Bake 18-25 min until puffy and golden.

Serve with:
powdered sugar
Lemon curd
jam
maple syrup
fruit
Nutella
