perfect pie crust

from Donica White

4 c. flour
1 T. sugar
2 t. salt
1 c. vegetable shortening
1 stick butter
1 T. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. water

Mix flour, sugar and salt
Add fats and mix into small pieces
combine wets and drys. Do not over mix. Chill
