Yakisoba

1t. Vegetable oil
1/2 lb peeled shrimp (or 1 block baked tofu)
4 cabbage leaves, chopped
1/2 c. Broccoli
1/2 c. Carrots,  sliced
1/2 medium onion,  sliced
8oz noodles, cooked al dente, drained and dry
1/3 c. Yakisoba sauce
1. Heat oil in skillet, saute shrimp and vegetables (3-5min)
2. Add noodles and stirfry thoroughly
3. Stir in yakisoba sauce and heat 2-3 min
4. Serve immediately
