corn bread

from Mom Otten

1 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
1 c. corn meal
1 egg, beaten
3 T. melted butter
1 c. milk
2 T. sugar
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes

serve warm with butter, honey or molasses
