Note: This recipe serves 4 for 3 DINNERS... that's 12 servings
1 pound Spaghetti noodles
1 pounds Ground turkey, cooked
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
2 cups White onion, diced
1 cups Green Bell Pepper, diced
4. teaspoons Garlic cloves, minced
3 Cups Marinara Sauce (See Add On Recipe Card)
2 teaspoon Oregano, dried
2 teaspoon Rosemary, dried
2 teaspoon Thyme, dried
3 Tablespoon butter
1 Cups Parmesan cheese, shredded #1
4 medium Eggs, well beaten
2 Cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Cups Ricotta cheese (See Add On Recipe Card)
2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded #2
Directions:
1) Cook spaghetti to al dente according to package directions.
2) In a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat cook the oil, onion, green pepper, and garlic.
3) Add cooked turkey and cook for about five minutes then add in tomato sauce, oregano, rosemary and thyme.
4) Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
5) In a large bowl mix spaghetti with butter, Parmesan #1, and eggs.
6) Divide the spaghetti mixture into greased deep dish 8x8 pans. Push the spaghetti up the sides of the pan and evenly over the bottom ‘forming’ the crust.
7) Spread ricotta over spaghetti crust and then sprinkle on the mozzarella.
8) Top with meat mixture and Parmesan #2.
9) Cover with foil and place in freezer ready to serve. to Serve: Bake in 375° oven for about 40 minutes until cooked through.
