4 cups tomato sauce or ketchup, preferably organic
2 cups water
1 cups apple cider vinegar
10 tablespoons light brown sugar
10 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoons ground mustard
1 tablespoons garlic diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1) In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
2) Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to simmer.
3) Cook uncovered for an hour and 15 minutes.
4) Place in a container for use on cooking day.
Containers Needed: 2 pint freezer bags for storing extra
