aloo paratha (potato and pea stuffed flatbread)

1 lb whole wheat Master recipe dough
2 medium skinned potatoes (baked, broiled or boiled)
2 T. melted butter (plus 1 T. for brushing on top finished bread)
2 T. olive oil
1 t. curry powder
1/2 t. kosher salt
1/2 c. frozen peas

1.  preheat oven to 450F
2.  mash potatoes
3. mash potatoes with butter, oil, curry powder and salt until even... then mix in peas
4.  dust dough with flour and form into ball
5.  roll dough until 1/8 inch thick
6. cover half the dough with potatoes, pulling the other half of the dough over and tucking the ends under
7.  brush surface with 1 T. butter and dust with curry powder.  cut 3 slits in the top crust, all the way through the top layer of dough.
8.  slide into oven.  pour 1 c. tap water into broiler tray and close the oven door, baking for 25 minutes until golden brown.
