Greek meatballs (keftedakia)

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 T. snipped mint or 1/2 t. dried
1 t. salt
1/2 t. crushed oregano
1/4 t. pepper

mix and shape into 1" balls
place on sheet
bake at 350F for 25 minutes
squeeze lemon juice over when eating
