apple tart

roll refrigerator dough into thin circle
drizzle simple syrup to sweeten dough (or sprinkle sugar)
layer thinly sliced apples
sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and dot with butter
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the pastry is browned and the edges of the apples start to brown.
