The Little Sous Chef and I visited Julia Child’s kitchen in the Smithsonian. We were impressed by her gadget collection, her extra high counters to fit her tall frame, and her organization skills (drawing the outline of her pots on the wall to know where they went!)
Having just read her autobiography, I was fascinated to see the place where so many of her meals came alive.
The Little Sous Chef enjoyed watching Julia’s show on a television while I checked out the display of gadgets… Not sure I knew a use for some of them, but I’m sure Julia did, or at least enjoyed having them!
