Thai Peanut Chicken in crockpot

4 T. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 t. dried ginger
1 1/2 t. olive oil
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
4 chicken breast
2 chopped green peppers
1 bag frozen vegetables
1/2 c. peanut butter

Add all ingredients except peppers, vegetables and peanut butter to crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4.
The last hour, add in vegetables and peppers.
15 minutes before serving, stir in peanut butter.
Serve over cooked linguine noodles (or hot white rice)
