Vietnamese Coffee Ice Pops

A rich afternoon treat I made in the heat of Albuquerque summer when our swamp cooler was broken and I needed a boost to make it through the afternoon with 4 kids 4 and under!

2 cups brewed espresso from Moka Pot
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
Mix, cool, pour into ice pop molds and freeze!
