crustless pumpkin pie

who needs a crust when your pie tastes this good...

ingredients
3 eggs
1 c. milk
4 T. flour
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. vanilla (or maple syrup!)
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. pumpkin pie spice

This will make its own crust.  Pour in pie pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.  Serve with whipped cream!
