from Mom Otten-- a Christmas special!
2 lb. powdered sugar (8 cups)
1 c. cocoa powder
1/2 c. milk
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
2 T. vanilla
mix dry ingredients in a microwavable bowl
add milk and butter (place in bowl)
microwave on high for 2 minutes
remove and stir, just to mix
add vanilla and stir til blended
pour into greased pan, or individual lined mini-cupcake foils
keep refrigerated
opt: microwave fudge piece for delicious hot fudge topping
